kicad-flow: 跟进 PR00.drawio 节点 5/8 的修订

节点 5 加了「一般是用户明确要求仿真」：d05 判据由 agent 自行判断改为
以用户是否明确要求为准，默认 false；n13 相应成为向用户提议仿真的出口。
节点 8 参考资料由 4 类增至 5 类，新增「原理仿真结果」，kind 枚举加 sim。
拓扑未变（对账用例 39 条边全部一致）。
