Myfro9andClaude Opus 4.8 2ad9206a88 gitignore: ignore local-only skill dirs at directory level ...

Upstream only listed the vercel/claude-hud/find-skills/web-design files
individually, so newly added files under those dirs still showed up as
untracked. Ignore the whole directory for every skill that does not
exist upstream.
